Terms of Service

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for gym members aged 16 or over; under-16s may only use the app with parental consent arranged with us. We may suspend or remove an account that is misused or no longer belongs to a member.

• Log only your own training, steps and results, honestly.
• Keep comments, kudos and messages respectful — no abuse, harassment or offensive content.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
• Do not attempt to access other members' private data, disrupt the service, or use it for advertising or commercial purposes.

We may remove content or access where these rules are broken.

The app records training information; it is not medical advice. Always train within your ability, follow coaching guidance in the gym, and speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme. You take part in training and challenges at your own risk.

Connecting a tracker is optional and is subject to your provider's own terms. We read only your daily step count, and only to show weekly totals on the gym step leaderboard. You can disconnect at any time from the Steps page.

You keep ownership of the notes, results and photos you upload. You give us permission to store and display them within the app so features such as leaderboards, the proof wall and community feeds work as intended. Leaderboards and shared posts are visible to other signed-in members.

We aim to keep the app running but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for loss arising from downtime, lost data or inaccurate entries, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
